Submit Your Details

Payment of Fees

Fees are settled prior to your detailed counselling session to confirm your place.

UPI, bank transfer, and card payments are all accepted securely.

Detailed Counselling

A thorough 90-min session covering medical scenarios, your personal wishes, and a family discussion.

You may record the session for personal reference — just let us know.

Draft & Review

We draft your Living Will. You have 1 week to review and refine — or proceed immediately if ready.

Revision requests within 7 days are included at no additional cost.

Sign & Authorize

Signed by you, two nominees, and witnesses — then attested by a government official for legal validity.

We coordinate the notary appointment — you just need to show up.

Secure Storage

Copies go to you and your nominees. We maintain secure digital storage and can notify relevant institutions.

Share access with up to 3 trusted contacts for emergency retrieval.

Update Anytime

Your Living Will can be revised whenever your wishes or circumstances change, with applicable fees.

Review your Living Will after any major diagnosis or life change.
